Gustavo César
Gustavo César Veloso ( born January 29, 1980 in Villa de Arosa ) is a Spanish cyclist.
Gustavo César Veloso began his career in 2001 at the Portuguese team Carvalhelhos - Boavista. He went there for three years before moving to Relax- Fuenlabrada. From 2005 he drove for the Spanish Professional Continental team Kaiku. In the Vuelta a Castilla y León 2006 he finished seventh in the overall standings. In the same year he won a stage of the Tour of Portugal. 2007 César Veloso moved to Karpin / Xacobeo Galicia. In 2009, he won as an outlier, the 9th stage of the Vuelta. After his contract expired at Xacobeo Galicia in 2010, he remained a year without a team before he signed for Andalucía.
