Guy Dardenne

Guy Dardenne (* October 19, 1954 ) is a retired Belgian footballer.

Playing career

Dardenne began his career at Standard Liege, where he was until 1976 under contract. Then the Belgians joined R.A.A. La Louviere, where he also got three years under contract. After a year of guest appearances at SC Lokeren and the RWD Molenbeek he came in 1981 to FC Bruges. In 1984 he returned to Liege and even played two years for Les Rouches. From 1986-1994 he played in unterklassigen Belgian leagues. In the following clubs Dardenne was under contract to Royal FC Sérésien, Royal Francs Borains, UR Namur and RJ Rochefortoise FC. Throughout his playing career Dardenne could not win a title.

International players career

Dardenne participated in the European Football Championship 1980 in Italy and was part of the team vice European champion. Overall, he ran eleven times for the Belgian national team.
