Güzelyurt District

The district Güzelyurt, Turkish Güzelyurt Ilcesi, is one of five districts of the internationally unrecognized Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in the south west of the Mediterranean island of Cyprus. Its main town is Güzelyurt ( Morphou ); the district also includes the exclave Erenkoey.

After reading the Republic of Cyprus, the district Güzelyurt is part of the district Nicosia.

In 2006, the district had 31,568 residents.
