György Aranka

George of Aranka, György Aranka, ( born September 15, 1737 Szék, Transylvania, † March 11, 1817 in Marosvasarhely, Transylvania ) was a Hungarian writer and lawyer.

Life

George of Aranka was the son of a reformed superintendent. He received his early education in Marosvasarhely (Romanian: Târgu Mureş ). He already showed memory problems, because those punished him his teacher hard. It was reported by Aranka had been punished by the teachers themselves for coughs with the iron collar.
