Gyrth Godwinson

Gyrth Godwinson (* 1030, † October 14, 1066 ) was the son of Earl Godwin of Wessex Wulfnothson and brother of the English King Harold Godwinson brief. He was the Earl of East Anglia.

Gyrth died in an early phase of the Battle of Hastings, when he led the right flank of the British army.
