H. B. D. Woodcock

Hubert Bayley Drysdale Woodcock (* 1867 in Antigua, West Indies; † February 12, 1957 in Bisley, Gloucestershire ) was an English lawyer and amateur botanist. Its official botanical author abbreviation is " Woodcock ". Previously was also the abbreviation " woodc. " In use.

Together with William Thomas Stearn 1950 he wrote the work Lilies of the World: Their Cultivation and Classification.
