It's alive! (Habitat) is a science fiction film directed by Rene Daalder from the year 1997.

Action

The earth has been transformed by the environmental destruction of the people in a desert landscape. The ozone layer is destroyed and most living things have become extinct. All the other species that have survived have to protect yourself from the sun. In this hostile environment, the scientist Hank Symes research with artificial life forms that have to accelerate the growth of plants and thus save the earth. One day when an experiment fails, Hank mutates into a " particle swarm ".
