Hafning at Trofaiach is a neighborhood, a village and the municipality cadastral Trofaiach in the district of Leoben in Styria.

Geographical location

Hafning located in Vordernbergertal between Trofaiach and Vorderberg at the Styrian iron road. It is located in the north of the valley of Trofaiach basin. In Hafning the tributary Krumpen branches off to the northwest.

The village has about 200 buildings with about 600 inhabitants, of which the majority in the village and the newer residential area since 1945 resulting Sonndorf on the west side (left side of the valley ).
