Hai District
Hai is one of six districts of the Kilimanjaro region in north- eastern Tanzania. Hai is located on the western slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro and has about 250,000 inhabitants. The district is bordered to the north directly to Kenya, to the west and south by the Arusha Region and on the east by the districts of Moshi Rural and Rombo - on.
The dominant ethnic group in the district are the Chagga.
