Hail Mary Mallon

Hail Mary Mallon is an American hip hop group consisting of Aesop Rock, Rob Sonic and DJ Big Wiz.

History

The three musicians were up to 2010 on the label Definitive Jux under contract. By Guest Posts on the works of each other's friendship developed between them and the desire to start a band. On the label Definitive Jux Presents 4 sampler of the label of El -P her first song D -Up was released. Since Definitive Jux in 2010 disbanded, they released their debut album Are You Gonna Eat That? digitally on May 3, 2011 on the label Rhymesayers Entertainment. The CD was released on June 7, 2011.

Naming

The name Hail Mary Mallon (English for Greet Mary Mallon ) goes back to the well-known as Typhoid Mary Mary Mallon Irish. She was as an immigrant to the United States the first person in the United States, was without being ill themselves, identified as a carrier of typhoid fever.
