Haixing County

The circle haixing (海 兴县) is a county of Hebei province. He belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Cangzhou. The county has an area of ​​836 km ² and has 220,000 inhabitants ( 2004). Its main town is the large village Suji (苏基 镇).
