Hakoah Berlin

The SC Hakoah Berlin was a German - Jewish sports club in Berlin which existed from 1905 to 1938 and from 1945 to 1972. Home of the football department was the Grunewald sports field in hunting.

Football section

The SC Hakoah was founded in 1905. 1929 took the club to merge with Bar Kochba Berlin, but played no role in the sporting level in the higher-class Berlin football. With the rise of the National Socialists of the Club from 1933 was excluded from the game, and in 1938 finally prohibited.

1945, founded the club as a new SG Hakoah Berlin. In the aftermath of the Club from 1947 played for four seasons in the amateur league Berlin. Best finish was fourth place in the season 1948/49, a realistic chance of the championship had the Hakoah behind eventual winner Season SG healthy well but not. 1951 rose Hakoah Berlin together with Alemannia Haselhorst behind the BSC Rehberge 1945, and the SC Staaken with only three points back season from the amateur league from.

1953 took the club re- renamed SpVgg.Vineta 05 Berlin, athletic sank the Vineta following in the lowlands of West Berlin local football. In 1972, the club with the SC 99 Corso joined together to SV Corso 99/Vineta Berlin. After its merger with the renewed Weddinger FC Club in today's WFC Corso 99/Vineta has worked.
