Hal Lindes

Harold " Hal " Andrew Lindes (* June 30, 1953 in Monterey, California) is an English- American guitarist and composer.

Life

In 1979 he played guitar in the British band Darling, but broke up after the release of their first album Put It Down To Experience.

In 1980 he became a member of the British rock band Dire Straits. With the band he recorded three albums before he left her in the dispute over money in 1985.

Linde was the session guitarist on the albums Vigil in a Wilderness of Mirrors (1990 ), Yin and Yang ( 1995), the Scottish singer Fish.

He composed a number of pieces of music for TV series and movies. Excerpts: Do not Do It! (1995), Airport ( 1997 - documentary series by the BBC ), Reckless (1997 ) Reckless - The Sequel (1998), Gunshy (1998 ) Forgive and Forget (2000), Between the Lines ( BBC ) and Band of Gold (ITV ), quicksand - Trapped in the quicksand - Franco- British Thriller ( 2001) and the Australian drama film the Boys Are Back - Back to Life in 2009.
