Haldex is a Swedish company that operates worldwide as a supplier to the automotive industry.

Haldex manufactures brake, hydraulic, propulsion systems, as well as spring steel wires ( Garphyttan ) for various vehicle manufacturers. The most famous product of the company Haldex is developed in cooperation with Volkswagen Haldex clutch, which is used among others in the all-wheel drive 4Motion from Volkswagen and Audi quattro.

The division Haldex Garphyttan since 1927, producer of oil circuit- tempered valve spring steel wires, stainless wires as well as flat and shaped wires for suppliers to the automotive industry.
