Half Ticket is a Bollywood comedy starring Kishore Kumar and Madhubala in the lead roles.
Action
Vijay, a student with extremely witty and childish behavior, brings his jokes the father to distraction. Eventually he pushes it too far and his father throws him out of the house.
Vijay sets out to travel to Bombay and keep it there for a job out. But unfortunately it is not enough the wherewithal. By chance, he observed a woman with her son and gets the idea to dress up as a child to pay only half fare must.
At the counter is Vijay, posing as Munna, helped by Raja Babu out of trouble. This poses as Munnas uncle and so managed to get the ticket for Vijay. But Raja Babu is doing this only for their own interest, because it is diamond smugglers and just on the run. He has secretly hidden in Vijays pocket the diamond.
In the train Raja Babu tries to get back to his diamonds and advances Vijay as to my body, that it flees into the compartment of Rajnidevi. The young woman takes Vijay lovingly in protection and Vijay falls in love with the beauty.
Now begins a cat-and - mouse game to the proof of Vijay Raja Babu's debt yields, so that the police can convict the culprit. Finally, Vijay reconciled with his father and marries his true love Rajnidevi.

The lead actor Kishore Kumar and Madhubala were married in real life until her death.
