Halimat Ismaila

Halimat Ismaila ( born July 3, 1984 in Ilorin ) is a Nigerian athlete who specializes in the sprint.

She participated in the 2004 Olympics in Athens with the 4 × 400 m relay part of Nigeria, who could not qualify for the final round.

They celebrated their biggest success by winning the bronze medal in the 4 × 100 m relay at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. The Nigerian sprint relay had not originally qualified for the competition and was able to attend only because Finland shortly withdrew his squadron. Ismaila also launched in Beijing in the 100 - meter race, but retired with a time of 11.72 s in the first round.

Halimat Ismaila has a competition weight of 56 kg at a height of 1.58 m.
