Hallie Todd
Hallie Todd ( born January 7, 1962 in Los Angeles, California, as Hallie J. Eckstein ) is an American actress.
Life
Todd is the daughter of actress Ann Guilbert and the screenwriter and producer George Eckstein. Her sister Nora Eckstein is Professor comedy. She played the role of Lal, the "daughter " of the android Data, in the episode The Offspring of the series Star Trek: The Next Century, the mother in the Disney Channel movie The Ultimate Christmas Present, and Lizzie's mother " Jo McGuire " in series Lizzie McGuire.
Since 1991, Todd is married to actor Glenn Withrow and has with him a daughter.
