Haluk Ulusoy

Haluk Ulusoy ( born May 6, 1958 in Trabzon ) is a former president of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF ).

In January 2006 he was elected as the successor of Levent Bıçakçı, who resigned in connection with the incidents on the brink of World Cup qualifier against Switzerland (16 November 2005) to pressure the Turkish government.

He had already been in office from 1997 to 2004; in this period was also the biggest success of the Turkish team wins, third place at the FIFA World Cup 2002. 2004 he had to leave office because he did not meet the then- legal condition, according to which only persons with a university degree, a President - Office of the were allowed to hold TFF.
