Hamilton Tigers

The Hamilton Tigers ( IPA: [ ˌ hæməltən taɪɡəs ] ) was a professional ice hockey team in the National Hockey League ( NHL), who played in the first half of the 1920s in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Originally, the team played in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada under the name Quebec Bulldogs.

History

Since the Quebec Bulldogs not sufficiently able to attract viewers, the team on the NHL Season 1920/21 was sold to Percy Thompson of the Abso Pure Ice Company and played in Hamilton (Ontario ) under the name Hamilton Tigers.
