Hanna Schygulla ( born December 25, 1943 in Chorzów ) is a German actress and singer.

Life

The daughter of timber merchant Joseph Schygulla and his wife Antonie, born Mzyk, came in 1945 with her ​​mother, who had to flee from Silesia to Munich; the father returned in 1948 from captivity back. After graduating from the Luis Gymnasium in Munich and a year as an au pair girl in Paris, she studied from 1964 German and Romance Languages ​​and simultaneously took acting lessons in Munich on Fridl - Leonhard Studio.

Rainer Werner Fassbinder, who she knew from the drama school here, they took in September, 1967, to be action- theater.
