Hanna Yaroshchuk

Hanna Jaroschtschuk (Ukrainian Ганна Ярощук, English transcription Hanna Yaroshchuk; . * November 24, 1989 in Dnipropetrovsk ) is a Ukrainian hurdler who specializes in the 400-meter distance.

She won at the 2007 European Junior Championships with the Ukrainian 4 x 100 meters relay silver medal. At the Junior World Championships in 2008, she was eighth on 400 meter hurdles and second with the 4 x 400 - meter relay. The European Athletics Championships 2010 in Barcelona she was disqualified in the semifinals.

In 2011 she triumphed in the U23 European Athletics Championships in Ostrava and was runner-up with the 4 x 400 - meter relay and also at the Universiade she won the 400m hurdles. At the World Athletics Championships in Daegu, she reached the semi-finals and came up with the Ukrainian team to fifth place in the relay.

In 2012 she won at the European Championships in Helsinki with the new personal best of 54.35 seconds bronze. At the Olympic Games, which shortly afterwards took place in London, she was disqualified in the semifinals, with the season, she finished fourth.
