Hannelore Zober

Hannelore Zober ( born November 6, 1946 in Leipzig) is a former German handball player.

The goalkeeper played in their active time for the SC Leipzig and was with the club 10 times GDR champion. They also won in 1966 and 1974 with the SC Leipzig the European Champions Cup. Between 1964 and 1980 they played 168 international matches for the selection of the GDR. It was with the team in 1971, 1975 and 1978 world champion and won at the Olympic Games in 1976 and 1980, the silver or the bronze medal.

1976 and 1979 she was awarded the Patriotic Order of Merit in bronze.
