Hanno Koffler

Hanno Koffler ( born March 25, 1980 in Berlin ) is a German actor and musician.

Life

Koffler was born in Berlin. In 1994 he founded together with his brother Max Koffler, the band kerosene, in which he played drums. He got his first film role in the short film My dear Lord Choral Society. He then starred opposite Lisa Maria Potthoff in Marco Kreuzpaintner REC.

Shortly thereafter Koffler made ​​his film debut in Anatomy 2, where he represented the suffering from muscular dystrophy Willi. There were other movies directed by Kreuzpaintner: Not at all and summer storm. In the latter he played the confident, emancipated gay Malte.

He began studying at Vienna's Max Reinhardt Seminar, which he completed in 2007. During his acting studies, he took roles in Shakespeare's Hamlet, directed by Klaus Maria Brandauer at the Vienna Burgtheater, in A Midsummer Night's Dream, also directed by Brandauer in Altaussee, in Martin Walser's larger than life Mr. Krott in Munich and Elfriede Jelinek's Bambi country 2007 the Vontobel Award for Best Ensemble performance at the 18th National Competition of German drama schools in Salzburg and the 2nd prize at the 4th International Theatre schools Festival in Warsaw was excellent.

2008 Koffler also returned with three films: he played the lead role in the film Night Before Eyes of Brigitte Bertele, which was seen as an official contribution to the international forum at the 58th Berlinale. He then starred in the feature films The Red Baron and Krabat.

Hanno Koffler continues to play theater roles. In 2010 he played with Erni Mangold in the two-person piece Tanzcafé Treblinka by Werner Kofler in the theater Nestroyhof Hamakom in Vienna. In the season 2010/2011 he is member of the ensemble of the Staatstheater Braunschweig and occurs among other things, in Lessing's Miss Sara Sampson, the selbstinszenierten piece of Mars and as Ferenc Molnár's Liliom in Ficsur.
