Hans Reffert

Hans Reffert (* 1946 in Ludwigshafen, Germany) is a German musician, composer and artist.

Reffert studied from 1962 to 1963 painting with Professor Nagel, then guitar at Sigi Schwab, from 1966, flute and composition in Mannheim.

As a musician he was since 1960 in Sigi Schwab, from 1970 to 1975 he trained with Hans Brandeis psychedelic folk duo Flute Voice, and later he worked as a guitarist, vocalist and flautist with groups like Guru Guru (from 1984 ) magic fingers ( with Lisa Kraus and Rolf Schaude, both also at Guru Guru were temporarily ) and gentle love. He has also been involved in conceptual projects like "Music for Wölfli ", where various musicians intoned Wölfli compositions. As a guitarist plays Reffert preferred slide guitar. With many musicians of the Rhine- Neckar region join him many years of projects and friendships, so with Mani Neumeier (Guru Guru ) and Dorle Ferber ( National Theatre Mannheim, Guru Guru, Cochise, Elster silver flight, time reversal and Zyma ) and helping each other with projects from. Since 2001 Reffert participates in the band Chromatic Babylon. Published in 2008, Hans Reffert the CD "West Bb9 " with the label " Wonderland Records ". Since 1976 he has created commissioned works for the National Theatre Mannheim and other theaters, and since 1988 also for cinema and TV productions.

Since 1971 he participates with paintings and objects of art exhibitions. In addition, he is active in publishing. Hans Reffert lives and works in Mannheim.
