Hans-Wilhelm Steinfeld

Hans -Wilhelm Steinfeld ( born March 29, 1951 in Bergen) is a Norwegian journalist and historian. He works at the Norwegian kingdom broadcasting ( NRK) and specializes in the topic of Russia. Among other things, he was a correspondent in Moscow. He is particularly known for his work as a journalist in the Soviet Union and Russia, and because of its interviews with Gorbachev, Yeltsin and Ryzhkov during the Soviet collapse.

Steinfeld is controversial, especially in Poland. In January 2005 he published in the daily newspaper Aftenposten article " Jew-hatred, the dark side of Polish history."
