Study

After a four-year standard period of study at the Universities of Oldenburg and Bremen, the study concludes with a Bachelor of Laws ( LLM example ). The integrated study abroad takes place on the 4th and 5th semester preferably at the partner university in Groningen, but may also in other European universities are planned, eg Sheffield.

The aim of the study is the comparative law - integrated mediated acquisition of deeper knowledge of the German and Dutch law and relevant for the business law practice basics of English Common Law in orientation to European Community law and with the involvement of the social and political foundations of European integration. The courses are designed for a vintage strength of 25 students. Master's Examination ( 18 LP).

Graduates

The graduates of the Hanse Law School are predestined for legal activities in international and European authorities and organizations, the diplomatic service, companies operating in international or cross-border.

With the Master, they can also qualify for legal research and teaching. You can also lawyer or attorney will, for which a supplementary practical training is required as everywhere in Europe.
