Hans Hagen is a municipality in the district of North West Upahl in Mecklenburg -Vorpommern ( Germany ).

The formerly independent municipality Hans Hagen was incorporated into Upahl on 1 January 2011. The municipality included the districts Blieschendorf and Sievershagen. The municipality covered an area 12.29 km ² and had 391 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2009).

Hans Hagen is located seven kilometers south of the town of Greve mills and is about 30 km from Wismar. The area of the former municipality, between the rivers Stepenitz and Radegast has a slightly hilly relief and reaches heights of 80 m above sea level. NN.
