Happy Accidents

Happy Accidents is an American science-fiction comedy film from the year 2000. Directed by Brad Anderson, who also wrote the screenplay.

Action

Ruby Weaver lives in New York City. She has some failed relationships behind him and is unsure why she regularly visits a therapist. You will dismiss the dispute with a customer.

Weaver learns one day Sam Deed know whose behavior occurs you sometimes strange. She comes closer to him. It turns out that the Deed has come from the year 2439 to escape the ruling at this time totalitarian regime. He should be punished in the future that he inflicted the death of his sister. Weaver is unsure whether the account given by Deed story is true.

Reviews

Roger Ebert wrote in the Chicago Sun - Times of 14 September 2001, the film is essentially a mixture of silliness and science fiction. The actors would make the watch for fun - both characters would act normal in an instant and have in another fire in his eyes.

Awards

Brad Anderson was nominated in 2000 for a special prize from the Deauville Film Festival. The film received a special award from the National Board of Review in 2001.
