Happy Hooligan
Happy Hooligan is the most famous comic character of the American comic artist Frederick Burr Opper and title character of the comic strip of the same name, which appeared from 1900 to 1932.

The focus is on the good-natured, Irish -born drifter Happy Hooligan, the (blue initially, later red ) as a distinctive mark wearing tin can on his head. More people are his brothers Gloomy Gus and Montmorency and his three look-alike nephews. Happy tries to leave a good impression of what it fails regularly at the revered Suzanne.
Publication
The first strip of Happy Hooligan was published on 26 March 1900 after William Randolph Hearst Opper had enlisted to draw for its newspapers.
