Happy ( German: Happy ) is a song by the American singer Michael Jackson, who recorded this in 1973 for Motown. The single was included on Jackson's third studio album, Music & Me.
History
The full title (in German ) of the song is Happy ( Love Theme from Lady Sings the Blues ), although the song was never featured in the film Lady Sings the Blues and was also not included on the soundtrack of the film. The song was released as a single in Australia. On the B - side was the song In Our Small Way, which was already on the albums Got to Be There and Ben.
The song was not released as a single in the UK. But in 1983 they released the song as a promo to promote the compilation album 18 Greatest Hits, where the song was included. The album was given out of Motown and landed in the United Kingdom at number 1 on the charts. Following the publication of Happy reached # 52 in the UK charts.
