Hara ( Hara saar ) is an Estonian island. It lies in the North Estonian Bay of Hara ( Hara Laht ) between the peninsulas Juminda and Pärispea. From the land it is separated by a deep but narrow channel.

The size of the island is 0.11 km ². It is partially wooded.

Before the Second World War lived on Hara permanently some Estonian families. They lived mainly on the Fischräucherung. The island was also a popular excursion destination of the Tallinn City population, the built several summer houses there. A wooden bridge connected Hara with the mainland.

Because of a U-boat harbor for the Red Army on the mainland opposite the island was declared in 1945 to the locked zone. All the inhabitants were forced to leave Hara. The buildings as well as the lighthouse of the island were mostly destroyed.
