Haris Seferović

Haris Seferović (born 22 February 1992 Sursee ) is a Swiss footballer of Bosnian descent. He belonged to the junior squad of Grasshopper Club Zurich. Currently, he is the Spanish side Real Sociedad under contract.

Grasshopper Club Zurich

After Seferović had gone through the youth teams of FC and FC Luzern Sursee, in 2007 he joined the youth ranks of the Grasshopper Club Zurich to. In April 2009, he debuted at the 1:4 defeat at Neuchâtel Xamax in the Axpo Super League, when he came in to replace António dos Santos in the 73 minutes.

Shortly after winning the world championship in the Swiss national team U-17 junior, he was first to train, taken to the first team of Grasshopper Club Zurich.

Fiorentina

In early February 2010, he signed a contract for four and a half years at the Italian Fiorentina.

Neuchatel Xamax

3 August 2011 it was announced that Neuchâtel Xamax Seferović had under a year on loan. On January 4, 2012 one day before the departure to the training camp, Seferović was sacked along with his three teammates Javier Arizmendi, Vincent Bikana and Stéphane Besle. The dismissal was based on lack of athletic performance, with a context of discussions about unpaid wages is suspected.

U.S. Lecce

After his release in Xamax Seferović went back to Florence. There he was loaned to the U.S. Lecce. On 29 January, he was in the 1-0 win against Inter Milan made ​​his debut when he came on in the 72nd minute for Luis Muriel.

Real Sociedad

National

Parallel Seferović played in the Swiss junior national team and participated with the U-17 national soccer team at the U-17 World Cup. With the team he moved into the final, where he scored on 15 November 2009 by a header in the 63rd minute in the final against Nigeria the decisive winning goal for the national team. With five goals, he was on par with the top scorer in the World Cup, because of the longer playing time but he was out in fourth place.
