Harlan County (Nebraska)

Harlan County is a county located in the state of Nebraska in the United States. The administrative headquarters ( County Seat) is Alma, which after the daughter of NP Cook was named, an early settler in the area.

Geography

History

Harlan County was formed in 1871. It was named after a nephew of U.S. Senator James Harlan.
