Harlem is a small city in the U.S. state of Georgia, located in the southern part of Columbia County.

Was founded in the small town of 1,817 people living in (2004) to approximately one square mile, on 24 October 1870. Most famous citizens of this city was Oliver Hardy. In addition to the Laurel and Hardy Museum is organized every year in whose honor a street festival, which has, unsurprisingly.
