Harmonised service of social value

A harmonized services of social value ( Hdsw ) is a telecommunications service, there is a specific social need for the decision by the EU Commission. It is code -free in the European Union under a single number starting with 116.

Number Assignment

According to the European Commission Decision of 15 February 2007 ( 2007/116/EC, OJ. No. L 49 ), Member States shall ensure that certain numbers are reserved. Terms purpose

According to the preamble and Article 2 of Commission Decision harmonized services of social value are those that serve the public interest.
