Harqin-Banner

The Harqin banner (喀喇沁旗; Pinyin: Kalaqin Qi ) is a banner of the prefecture-level city of Chifeng ( mongol. Ulanhad ) in the northeast of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China. It has an area of 3071 km ² and has 370,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large village Jinshan (锦山镇).
