Harriet Bland

Harriet Bland ( Harriet Claiborne Bland, born February 13, 1915 in St. Louis, Missouri, † November 6, 1991 in Fort Worth, Texas) was an American sprinter and Olympic gold medalist.

At the Olympic Games in Berlin in 1936, she won the team gold medal in the 4 x 100 - meter relay along with teammates Annette Rogers, Betty Robinson and Helen Stephens before the teams from the UK and Canada.
