Harry Lee Waterfield ( born 1911 in Calloway County, Kentucky, † 1988) was an American Democratic politician from the state of Kentucky.

Waterfield was from 1938 to 1947 and from 1950 to 1951 a member of the House of Representatives from Kentucky. During that time he was Speaker from 1944 to 1946, which corresponds to the Chairman of the House of Representatives. Waterfield was twice deputy governor of Kentucky from 1955 to 1959 under Governor Albert Chandler and 1963-1967 under Edward Breathitt. Three attempts, even to become governor, already failed in the primaries of the Democratic Party.
