Harry Steel

Harry Dwight Steel ( born April 8, 1899 in Sparta, Ohio; † September 8, 1972 in London, Ohio) was an American wrestler and Olympic champion in the heavyweight competition in freestyle in 1924 in Paris.

In his Olympic victory, he left the Swiss Henri Wernli, the British Andrew McDonald and Sweden Ernst Nilsson and Johan Richthoff and the Frenchman Edmond lady behind.
