Hartmut Becker

Hartmut Becker ( born May 6, 1938 in Berlin ) is a German film and theater actor.

Life

After high school, Hartmut Becker studied at the Free University Berlin Theatre Studies, German Studies and Philosophy. With Else Bongers in Berlin, he completed a study acting before he went to his first theater engagement.

His feature film debut was the role of Clark Becker in Michael Verhoeven's film ok, which provided an official German contribution at the International Film Festival in Berlin in 1970 for a considerable stir. In the following year, Becker was with his second feature film Who loves in glass houses ... The trench ( also directed by Michael Verhoeven and Senta Berger) represented at the film festival. Since then, he is one of the sought after actors in the film and television sector and at German theaters.
