Hartmut Elsenhans

Hartmut Else Hans ( born October 13, 1941 in Stuttgart ) is a German political scientist. He was Professor of International Relations at the University of Leipzig.

Life and work

Hartmut Else Hans went in Stuttgart- Vaihingen and Stuttgart-Mitte to school. He studied from 1962 political science, history, sociology and Romance in Tübingen and Berlin.
