Harvey Worthington Loomis

Harvey Worthington Loomis ( born February 5, 1865 in New York City; † December 25, 1930 in Boston ) was an American composer.

Loomis was at the National Conservatory student of Antonín Dvořák. He composed five operas, incidental music and scores for mimes, two melodramas, choral works, piano pieces ( Lyrics of the Red Man, 1903-04 ) and songs. He also published two books with Native American songs.
