Hash Browns

Hash Browns [ ˌ hæʃbɹaʊnz ] (of English. Hash " Chopped " and brown " brown " ) or Hashed Brown Potatoes are one of preparation for potato of the North American kitchen.

For the Court potatoes are not mushy, muffled and then chopped coarsely. The flavored and enriched with butter mixture is then fried like a pancake from both sides in the pan. In contrast to potato pancakes hash browns contain neither egg nor flour, the binding takes place exclusively through the potato starch. A similar dish the hash browns are the Swiss Rösti.
