Hassan Shariatmadari

Seyyed Hassan Shariatmadari (Persian حسن شریعتمداری Ḥasan Shariatmadari ) is an Iranian opposition politicians. He is the leader of the educated by his father, Ayatollah Shariatmadari Kasem party of the Muslim People's Republic of ( حزب جمهوری خلق مسلمان ایران / Hezb -e -ye Khalq -e Dschomhuri Mosalman ), which was dissolved in Iran.

He was one of the 138 signatories of the open letter A Common Word between Us and You (English A Common Word Between Us and You), the personalities of Islam to "leaders of Christian churches everywhere" (English " Leaders of Christian Churches, everywhere ... " ) submitted (13 October 2007).

Shariatmadari lives in Hamburg, is married and has three children.
