Hathersage is a town in the district of Derbyshire Dales in Derbyshire, England. It lies on the south bank of the River Derwent, about fifteen kilometers east of Sheffield.

In the city there is a station of the railway line Sheffield - Manchester, a youth hostel and a medieval church. According to a legend, Little John was buried in the cemetery.
