The station Haussmann - Saint- Lazare is an underground station of the Paris RER rapid transit network. It is the starting point of the line E.

The train station

The station was opened to the commissioning of the RER E on 12 July 1999 and is located in the 9th arrondissement near the Gare Saint -Lazare. It is located near the Boulevard Haussmann, after which it is named. The boulevard was named after a town planner Georges -Eugène Haussmann.

The fully underground station consists of two platforms and four tracks. It has strong architectural similarities to simultaneously opened station Magenta, which also lies on the line e.

Connections

In the station Haussmann - Saint- Lazare itself runs only the RER E, but there is direct access to Gare Saint -Lazare and Metro is located. From there, turn there is a access to the metro stations Opéra, Saint -Augustin and Havre - Caumartin and to Auber RER station.

Thus, from Haussmann - Saint- Lazare Metro Lines 3, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13 and 14 and RER A are reached. At the Gare Saint -Lazare is also connected to the local and long-distance trains.
