Hawai ( Kaman Mishmi for " pond " ) is the capital of the district in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh Anjaw. Hawaii is located on 1296 meters above sea level on the river Lohit. 58 km north- west is the larger town Hayuliang where 2012 according to an estimate in 2016 lived people.
