The HC Csíkszereda ( Romanian: Miercurea Ciuc HC ) was a Romanian ice hockey team from Miercurea Ciuc, which was founded in 2002 and played in the Romanian Hockey League. In addition, the club participated in the 2007/ 08 participated in the Hungarian Borsodi Liga Jégkorong, which was replaced by the MOL League. 2009 succeeded the HC the championship game of the new class.
History
In 2002, the HC Csíkszereda was founded and played from then on in the Romanian Hockey League, the top division of the country. In 2007, the HC Csíkszereda was included in the Hungarian Borsodi Jégkorong League, where he has since participated in addition to the gaming operations of the Romanian Hockey League. Later a supranational Hockey League was founded under the name MOL League, won its first championship of the HC Csíkszereda.
After the 2008/ 09 season, the club was disbanded for financial reasons.
