HCMOS

HCMOS is an acronym for the English high-speed complementary metal oxide semiconductor (Eng. " complementary high-speed metal -oxide-semiconductor ", see MOSFET).

A HCMOS illustrates a type of integrated circuit which is the result of a further development of the CMOS technology. In comparison to conventional CMOS technology, the company uses thinner layer thicknesses and reduced line widths.
