HD 15082#Planet

WASP - 33b is a 2010 discovered exoplanet WASP -33 the star (also known as HD 15082, about 378 light-years away ) at a distance of only three million kilometers every 1.2 days ( 29.5 hours ) orbits. With a mass of about 4 Jupiter masses he belongs to the class of hot Jupiter. He is at a temperature of 3200 K one of the hottest representatives of its kind is the surface temperature of the star about 7400 K.

There are indications that the planet excites the star through its close orbit to the pulsation. This would be a previously unobserved interaction of a planet with its host star.
